Service Description
For grab-n-go, or items that client is willing to have installed later, no appointment is necessary. While walk-ins are taken, we highly recommend scheduling an appointment (especially during peak season, Sept-Oct). For shoppers looking for a new bow, especially those unsure or newer, we will have a prepaid appointment system set up. These will take priority over any walk-ins. With limited resources, we want to ensure that we allocate enough time with actual purchasers (versus window shoppers). The $50 fee is 100% applied to any purchases made on the same day as the appointment. For no-shows/late-comers, a $50 store credit, valid for 7 days after the appointment, will be provided. After which, no value remains; you are paying for an appointment slot.

As spots are extremely limited, you are paying for an appointment time, which gives non-exclusive priority versus a walk-in client. Cancellations/refunds are only permitted with 72 hour or more notice to allow us time to fill up the spot. For no-shows/late-comers, a $50 store credit, valid for 7 days after the appointment, will be provided. After which, no value remains; you are paying for an appointment slot. For off-hours appointments with a surcharge, surcharge is 100% non-refundable.
