We are in need of:

• General Support

• Cashiers / Order takers

• Instructors (must have experience)

Part Time (our hours are perfect for teachers looking to supplement) and Full Time positions available!

For ALL positions, applicants are required to:

• Be punctual and responsible without outside prodding (if your parents or S.O. is your alarm
  clock, we're probably not the right place for you).

• Have an outgoing demeanor which is able to warmly welcome guests who walk in or call.

• Be able to follow instructions (daily checklists) and take direction

• Be able to pass background check / drug test; our youth archery program means we deal with youth and "weapons" on a daily basis.

Additional Requirements for General Support

• Carry/lift 20 pounds, sometimes overhead; occasional heavier weights

• (+) Able to draw a bow; we can train

Additional Requirements for Desk/Cashier/Order Takers:

• Occasionally need to handle boxes 5 - 10 pounds.

• Able to accurately read a ruler and take measurements (without a cheat sheet).

• Basic computer skills (we will have basic Excel / Google Sheets training). Existing skills a (+)

• Ability to clean / mop during quiet times

• (++) If you are OCD about organization (if a label-maker is on your Christmas wishlist, we're probably a great fit)

For those coming in for entry level positions (General Support), training is available for qualified employees for higher opportunities after a record of good performance.
